- Environmental Programs provides cost-effective consultation to Alabama businesses to assist them in compliance with air, water, and hazardous waste regulations.
- Occupational Safety and Health program provides confidential health and safety consultation free of charge to small businesses within Alabama.
- On-site consultation includes environmental and occupational safety and health compliance and management, technical assistance via online and classroom training, conferences, outreach, environmental laboratory services, and hazardous waste characterization.
- In addition, UA SafeState helps individuals, schools, institutions, and businesses to identify and manage building-related health risks such as lead-based paint hazards, asbestos, and indoor air hazards.
